New Horizons Wireless bills current (pay as
you go).
A few days after your installation date an invoice is generated and e-mailed to you and is due
upon receipt.
A way we keep our Internet Service affordable is that we do not mail invoices, but
rather, email the invoice to the email address noted on the main New Horizons Wireless
Account. You can use an existing email address, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail,
Live, or others. If you currently do not have an e-mail address, please contact us and we will be happy to help you set one up. Our invoicing is sent out on the 15th of the month and payment is due by the 1st of the month.

Our preferred method of payment is a recurring credit/debit card. By selecting the recurring credit/debit card payment, you will ensure your account is always paid on time and your service will never be interrupted. Please note our system will automatically suspend accounts that are not paid 30 days past invoicing or 15 days past the due date.
New Horizons Wireless accepts:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Master Card and Discover)
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer - debiting your checking/savings account)
- Mail in Check (Must be received by the due date to avoid late charges or suspension)
Please note: If payment is not received within 15 days, a $5.00 Late Fee will be applied to the past due invoice.
